V-Guard offers professionally trained security guards who are fully-equipped to provide a consistently unparalleled service. Our staff regularly attend courses to maintain and improve their skills, ensuring that clients receive the outstanding service that we pride ourselves on.
Our guards will take full control in patrolling your premises sufficiently so they remain safe when staff are not present. All our guards are licensed by SIA – Home Office.
KEY HOLDING
Our trustworthy security officers are all hand-selected to leave clients with the confidence that their properties and keys are in the safest hands. The key holding is centralised and all keys are kept within a safe unless required in an emergency situation.
MOBILE PATROL
All V-Guard mobile patrol security officers carry full UK driving licences. They are trained and vetted to tailor their approach specifically to the client's needs and instructions. If there is a security breach, an alarm is immediately sent to our control centre from where our security officers receive a notification, allowing them to promptly attend to the site and resolve the issue.
We will work with our clients to formulate a management plan in the event of a security breach or an alarm being triggered so that the situation is defused according to client instructions.
CONCIERGE AND RECEPTION SERVICES
We pride ourselves in remaining professional and friendly to provide a welcoming service. Our officers can be trusted to always maintain a smile on their face whilst responding to every situation in an appropriate manner.
Our staff will be trained to help visitors with local information regarding travel, taxi and restaurant services. They can assist with corporate concierge services, meeting room administration and reception management.
CONTROL CENTRE
Highly innovative, cutting-edge software and technology is used to provide monitoring for your property, premises and people. CCTV and alarm monitoring can be conducted and if there are issues, security officers will be alerted to secure the premises.
If the security officer requires more assistance, then a patrol team can also be sent to the site. The control centre will be manned 24/7 hours per day.
